Enterprise provides a powerful and flexible set of options for creating segments based on a Member's previous interactions with your mailings. For example, you can create Segments to target Members who opened a specific mailing, clicked on a specific link, didn't open a specific mailing, clicked on a link between certain dates and much more. A complete list of response data expressions is below.

The screenshot below illustrates how you would create a Segment to target Members who clicked on a specific link in a specific mailing. As with all Segments, a Segment Name is required, but Segment Description is optional. Segment Names must contain only letters, numbers and the underscore ("_") symbol. To target Members who clicked on a specific link in a specific Mailing, first add "Response Data" expression from the toolbar. From the dropdown, select "Clicked on a specific Hyperlink in a specific Mailing." A dropdown containing all of you mailings will appear. Select the desired mailing and a dropdown containing all of the hyperlinks from that mailing will appear. Now select the desired hyperlink. Click "Test" to view the Members who meet your segment criteria or "Save" to save the segment. You may also click "Cancel" to exit the screen without saving any of your changes.
