The List Churn report provides information on the number of Members who have subscribed to and unsubscribed from your Lists over a date range that you specify. As with all reports in Enterprise, the List Churn report has a Report Toolbar at the top of the screen which allows you to control certain display features of the report and to export the report in various file formats.
A default List Churn report should look something like the following:
Enter the start and finish dates in the appropriate format (m/d/yyyy) into the input boxes labeled "Start" and "Finish" in the Report Toolbar, and then click the "Preview" button in the upper-right corner.
By default, the report also excludes Members you or other Administrators may have subscribed or unsubscribed via the import Member functionality. This provides you with an accurate picture of individual Member actions. However, if you frequently import Member unsubscribe or subscribe requests using the Member import functionality, you may wish to see a List Churn report which includes these actions. To include batch imports in your List Churn report, select "True" for "Include Batch Actions" and click the "Preview" button in the upper-right corner.
As with most reports in Enterprise, you can view the report online or export it to a variety of formats which you can then save to your desktop. For example, you might want to save the reports as PDF files so that you can e-mail them to colleagues or print them out to bring to meetings. Or you may want to export reports as Excel files so that you can further analyze the data in spreadsheet format. To export a report, simply choose the appropriate format from the "Export to the selected format" dropdown. Click the "Export" button and you will be prompted to save the file to your computer.
