The Mailing Comparison allows you to compare the high-level metrics (open rate, bounces, clicks, unsubscribes) for several mailings in an easy-to-read table.
The first step in creating a Mailing Comparison report is to choose the mailings you wish to compare. You can select mailings from a single campaign, or across multiple campaigns. Click "Add" in the table below next to each mailing you wish to see in the report:
As you add mailings, note that they appear in the list of "Selected Mailings" below. You can also remove a mailing from your list of selected mailings by clicking on the delete icon next to the mailing.
Once you have selected all of the mailings you wish to compare, click "Generate Report". Enterprise will generate the Mailing Comparison report, which should look something like the following. See the help topic on Report Terminology for definitions of the figures in each column.
As with most reports in Enterprise, you can view the report online or export it to a variety of formats which you can then save to your desktop. For example, you might want to save the reports as PDF files so that you can e-mail them to colleagues or print them out to bring to meetings. Or you may want to export reports as Excel files so that you can further analyze the data in spreadsheet format. To export a report, simply choose the appropriate format from the "Export to the selected format" dropdown. Click "Export" and you will be prompted to save the file to your computer.
