Distinct Clicks: As used in the Mailing Summary report, this refers to the number of Members who clicked on a link, as opposed to the number of times the link was clicked. This figure eliminates duplicate and multiple clicks by the same person.
Hard Bounces: Messages that could not be delivered because the destination mailbox could not be located.
HTML Confirmed Opened (or simply "Opened"): Number of messages that were delivered in an HTML format and are confirmed to have been opened by the recipient. It is not possible to determine the open rate for messages delivered in a plain text format.
Messages Pushed (or simply "Pushed"): Total number of messages that were mailed.
Messages Delivered (or simply "Delivered"): Total number of messages that were successfully delivered to their destination.
Soft Bounces: Messages that were sent to a mailbox that was not accepting incoming mail--in most instances because the mailbox was full--or because of a transient network problem.
Total Clickthroughs: Total number of clicks that were generated by the mailing, expressed by total number of clicks and as a percentage, or rate, of the total number of messages sent.
Total Bouncebacks: Total number of messages that could not be delivered.
Unsubscribed: Number of Members who clicked on the "unsubscribe" link in the message.
Unique Clickthroughs: Number of users who clicked on at least one link in the message they received, regardless of the message format. This figure eliminates duplicate and multiple clicks by the same person.
