The Reports module of Enterprise provides you with a complete set of reports on all of your mailing activity. From here you can view detailed statistics for individual mailings, compare metrics across multiple mailings, view list churn rates, monitor bounced messages and much more.

The following Reports are available in Enterprise:

  • Mailing Summary provides all of the vital statistics on a single mailing, such as open rates, clickthrough rates, bounces and forwards.
  • Mailing Comparison allows you to compare the high-level metrics (open rate, bounces, clicks, unsubscribes) for several mailings in an easy-to-read table.
  • Bounce-backs (All) allows you to view all Members of your Site who have accumulated at least one Hard Bounce or one Soft Bounce.
  • Bounce-backs (By Mailing) allows you to view all Members of your Site who have accumulated at least one Hard Bounce or one Soft Bounce for a specific mailing.
  • List Churn provides information on the number of Members who have subscribed to and unsubscribed from your Lists over a date range that you specify.
  • Subscribes (by List & Date) provides information on the number of Members who have subscribed to your Lists over a date range that you specify.
  • Unsubscribes (by List & Date) provides information on the number of Members who have unsubscribed from your Lists over a date range that you specify.
  • Unsubscribes (by Mailing) provides information on the number of Members who have unsubscribed from your Lists for a specific mailing.
  • Member Count (by Profile Field Value) provides counts for the number of members who have matching values in the specified Profile Field.
  • Response Count (by Profile Field Value) provides counts for the number of members who opened or clicked based on a specified profile field for a specific mailing.
  • Device Statistics give you insight into what devices, browsers, and operating systems your members are using when they open or click your mailings.

If your Enterprise Site has Triggered Messaging enabled, you will see links for Mailing Summary (Triggered Mailings), Mailing Comparison (Triggered Mailings), Bounce-backs (by Triggered Mailing), Unsubscribes (by Triggered Mailing), Response Count (by Profile Field Value, Triggered Mailings), and Device Statistics (by Triggered Mailings). These reports are identical to their non-triggered counterparts with the exception that triggered mailings do not have a start or end date.

Each report allows you to set various display settings, including Time Zone and Region:

  • Time Zone: All dates and times displayed in reports will be converted to the time zone specified here, taking daylight saving (if applicable) into account. The time zones listed here are the same as those listed in the Date and Time control panel in Microsoft Windows.
  • Region: The setting determines the formatting of dates (e.g., mm/dd/yyyy vs. dd/mm/yyyy), times (e.g., 2:30 PM vs. 14:30), and numbers (e.g., 5,300.00 vs. 5.300,00). The languages and regions listed here are the same as those listed in the Regional Language Options control panel in Microsoft Windows.

Enterprise will attempt to store your chosen display settings on your local computer as a persistent cookie. If your browser's security settings prevent this, you will need to either reselect your display settings each time you visit the main Reports page, or modify your security settings to permit cookies for http://enterprise.fishbowl.com.
